Quick breakfast, especially pastries, cereal and yoghourt, the staff was courteous. Functional hotel with a very central location in the ghetto.

The area was really bad.

Really characterful base for one night. The hotel was neat and huge. Good bed, heated room, well-maintained facilities. Breakfast was included, that was a bonus. Nice interior, huge restaurant. Not to mention fast wifi!

Cosy place with pleasant stuff from the Manager, loved it. They recommended a great restaurant for breakfast.

The stay was absolutely excellent. Property was cosy, with accommodating staff and decent location down the street. The breakfast had lots of food, including good cereals, hot waffles, danishes, toast and butter. Also, I appreciated how handy the location was.

Facilities were clean, however Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Good value for this area. Savoury breakfast, thoughtful staff, relaxing beds. The room was budget and themed, we had a superb experience. The downstairs bar was amazing, loved it.

The staff were kind, the breakfast was inclusive and everything was great. Compact room with exceptionally comfortable beds. Its location was very central, walking distance to Polk Street. Excellent service was provided here. Hot drinks, very good wifi were a nice surprise.

The venue was low budget, I loved the stay and the location was perfect just off Bart station. Cosy unit. Everything was great!

Generous-sized and newly remodelled room, free of charge breakfast. The bed was great and it was great having Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV. I truly enjoyed Jamaican cuisine served here. Excellent swimming pool and quiet location.

Liked the place, very special stay. Huge and huge room with STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL views. So many astonishing options for breakfast, such as tea, fruit, milk, hot waffles and jam.

Fantastic location, big property, large beds. No complaints whatsoever, we spent a great time here.

It was worth its 3 stars. The breakfast was good, greatly enjoyed private parking. There's Pearl's Deluxe Burgers serving quick orders next door to the hotel.

The bed is comfortable and the location is excellent. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Fino Bar & Ristorante that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We greatly enjoyed this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when in San Francisco.

it's literally within walking distance chinatown. a continental breakfast. union square neighborhood was worth exploring. the rooms met the purpose.
